Museo della Civiltà Romana - Ludi Romani 2011

After the great success of the first edition in 2010, Ludi Romani - International Festival of Roman Civilization and Culture is back for its second edition.
Two days dedicated to a revival of civic life, arts and crafts of ancient Rome, with tabernae and officinae, but also performances, book launches and debates. There will bel also stands that illustrate the various aspects of Roman culture (food, medicine, writing) and handicraft products with mosaic artists, potters, painters, coin minters, blacksmiths. A Tonstrina, instead, is a sort of salon where women can have their hair and make up styled in the manner of Roman ladies.
